Rampage Network is totally the place that hosts a whole bunch of comics. It was founded by a man named John Hernandez, who goes by Horatio, Borg, or The Duke.
"RN" was originally started as a clan-hosting website, but then ended up taking on more comics creators than clans, so he went with that.
